A user account allows you access to the Pendar User Portal. This portal provides information about available product updates, as well as access to the PendarLink app.
- Go to the website http://pendar.zendesk.com and click the “Sign in” link at the top right of the screen.
- (a) If you have previously been told by Pendar customer support that your email address has been pre-registered as a user, then click on the “Get a password” link and follow the instructions.
(b) If you have not been previously told by Pendar customer support that your email address has been pre-registered as a user, click on the “Sign up” link and follow the instructions. You will then be able to log into the user portal, however, you must email support@pendar.com to request permission to view all available articles and downloads.
